WHAT IS A BUSINESS MODEL?
Business Model or Business Model is the working logic of an organization. It is through this that the organization dynamically mobilizes its internal and external capabilities and resources to position itself, in a competitive way, in the offer of products and / or services, to its target audiences. Thus, business modeling expresses an understanding of how the organization is able to create, distribute, and capture value*
AND A BUSINESS MODEL FRAMEWORK?
The framework associated to a Business Model is a tool used to describe, in a systemic, illustrative and simplified way, this logic. This makes it easy to read and understand the Business Model practiced. It also allows the comparison of the major components of the strategic formulation of each business and the relationship between them*
