CLASSES AT FUNDAÇÃO DOM CABRAL. SPECIALIZATION IN BUSINESS MODEL

The Business Model was one of the themes of the discipline Business Growth and Value Generation.Besides the presentation of the conceptual foundation, students practiced the identification of growth strategies, business models, and value creation mechanisms of companies related to coffee selling. Professor Fabian applied a set of six mini-cases about different ways of offering value from Starbucks, AntiCafé, HotShot, Jacu Bird, Três Corações Coffee, and Nespresso. And the students highlighted the use of resources and capabilities, in addition to the positioning of these companies through the same framework proposed by the Practical Community in Business Model. The first two classes happened in the FDC unit in Belo Horizonte on September 29th and 30th, and the last on October 6th.
